Orthodontic braces after 6 months.

Phiew! Finally there's time fer mie to sweep some dust away from ma blog. Finals doneeeee! =DD

Back to the topic, braces. I've been unsatisfied with my gigi since secondary times but i did not have enough courage to do it because i'm worried that i'll look like....

Yes. Ugly betty!

My mum had been tellin mie that braces hurts a lot, have to eat porridge fer one month, mouth looks bigger with those metal in my mouth which looks shinny. With the fear of being ugly, i continue to live on with my ugly crooked lookin gigi =/

Years later when i enroll into uni i realize plenty of people around mie is wearin braces and it's still not too late to go fer it! (I thought goin fer braces at the age of 20 is a lil too late but actually it is not) LOL

So i started to do some research about braces, ask opinions from my girlfriends and of course the most important compare price. So i ended up in Ong Dental Surgery, Ipoh. They are one of the orthodontics specialist in Ipoh. Of course the price over there is not consider low but it's highly recommended by most of the ipoh people so yea..

Reasons goin fer braces :

1) Crooked teeth which cause mie to have imbalance lips.

2) I wanna have a perfect smile fer my weedin picture in the future! XP

Most of the time i don't show teeth in pictures so i can hide my imbalance lips.

Of course results cannot be seen in first few months. Fer mie it took about 5 months plus to move in the crooked part. (not fully yet) When i just started my braces i had porridge fer almost a weak. I hardly can bite/chew anything. Drink porridge is the best thing i can do. =S Not a bad thing anyway as i can cut down on my calories intake at the same time. Haha. Another good thing about braces is it can change a person's face shape. I used to look so chubby that i can't find my cheekbones but after braces, my cheekbones are more visible! =D

Fer those who wants to go fer braces you actually can have other alternatives.

1) Clear braces. Made from ceramics and less visible than the typical ones. Of course it is more expensive than the metal braces. (that's why i still have to go fer metal braces)

2)Lingual braces. Only you yourself and close ones can see it. Others may not =)

3) Lastly, Invisalign! It's not consider very new in Malaysia but i only got to know it after xiaxue introduces it. Unlike the others, invisalign are removable teeth aligners. ( I would definitely do this if i can afford)

I still have another year to go before i can take off my braces.So yea, still long way to go. But i guess i'll miss it when it's time to debond. lol. That's all fer now. Cheers*

Leader of "Sistar". She auditioned twice for JYP Entertainment, being accepted on the second try. She's also the main vocalist & lead dancer.

I'm not sure any of them here gone thru any plastic sugery but if they did it's not a big deal. Korea is famous of what? Plastic surgery! (and of course there are something else) In my opinion, if a person can afford herself/himself to make changes on their face or body, why not? Yes yes i know my body is given by my parents and God & i should appreciate as some of them dont even have legs, arm and etc. I do appreciate myself but IF, i say IF i have the $$$ to make myself a better person physically why not right? It's just my opinion. No offence. =)

24th May, mr bunny came all the way from penang to pick we girls up. Had lunch and started our journey bout 2.30 pm . Reached penang bout 4 pm. Settle down, unpack and went out fer dinner. From the place we stay to new lane it's about 30 mins drive. Plus the jam so it's about 40 mins drive.

It was already 7pm but still bright =)

It would be such a waste if i withdraw now and persue my so called dreams. Am i in the right track? Idk like seriously. Now i'm like studying without the soul inside mie, followin blindy.

Sometimes in life you can't control every single thing. Things like ambition, go fer your dream can't be fulfil. There are other factors to be consider. No one can help but yourself.

Today is the last day of Chinese New Year. 15th of the month which also known as cap goh mei. According to the tradition, the single ones will throw mandarin into the river with their contact on it. The guy/girl who picks it up will contact the fella & this was what they mean by fate. Well mayb it works in the olden days but not now cuz we have facebooooookkkk! =p

Oh yes, i know my blog is full with dust. Can smell that. Haha. So here's a short post. Just went to watch 天天好天 with Dino. First movie for 2011. I can say it's a nice movie! Really enjoyed it.

Finally a good production from Msia? lol

Here goes the trailer. I was laughing at the beginning and cried in the end when the lil girl thought of her grandpa and she use her way to find the grandpa.

Next movie, HOMECOMING! Gonna watch it during cny i guess. I'm excited fer Chinese New Year. Whee~

Cameron Highlands.

After so many times to Genting Highlands, it's time to change plan. Oh yes, this can be considered my first time to Cameron. Shhhh! Don't laugh. >.<

So yea, spent 2 days 1 night there. Love the weather there a lot although it was freaking cold at night. If i were to choose again, Genting is better.

Cameron Highlands is a place to rest and set yourself outta stress unlike Genting it's all bout entertainment. I think night market is the only entertainment at night in Cameron. I gained a few pounds after this trip. Eating non stop there. LOL

First destination, tea farm. The road to tea farm wasn't easy. The road is too narrow fer 2 cars to go. Imagine one school bus and big car like Estima gotta squeeze each other to pass tru a narrow road which the side is the slope to plant tea.

Just done with my 4th finals paper. Principles of Microeconomics it is. It was totally...screwed up! SIGH!! I still have one more last paper to go next week. Thousands of worries. I should feel relieve that i already finished 4 papers, isn't it? Not to say i never studied for my exams. I did! Perhaps just not enough. I didn't put my full effort on exams, I ADMIT.

What if...
I fail? Rm 700++ to repeat one subject.

My parents not willing to pay for mie?

I have to extend my first year of degree?

What else? Repeat lo. DAMN SHAMEFUL WEH! I regret now. So what? It won't change anything. Not like i can turn back to time, sit for my exams again.

This is totally a girl post. So guys, if you don't like this escape before it's too late! =p

I used to be those lucky ones who don't experience menstrual pain every month. At most i will only have terrible backache for the first day of my menstruation. Until today, only i experience what is really menstrual pain. I thought it is just some normal tummy ache but then i'm wrong. I hardly can stay still. I was rolling in pain on the bed, walkin around, crying out of pain. =(((

I never thought of takin pills to reduce the pain but an hour later, i really can't bear with the pain. It's really killin mie!

I called Dino & asked him to get medicine for mie. I'm glad that he don't mind to do so for mie. Even though it's rainin but still he's willin to go out & get the medicine for mie. I'm really touched. Thanks darl! =)

2 pills every 4 - 6 hours. After i took 2 pills, had a good nap.

True enough, after taking the medicine, I felt relieved. Panadol - Menstrual Pain took effect after half an hour for mie. And it does not cause drowsiness so I can take it even at campus.

Now i don't need to stay in my room anymore cuz i'm feelin good! =D

Anywayy, for all girls. If your pain is just minor i still don't encourage you all to take pills. Unless the pain is really distracting. That's all for now. <3

Get back some of the mid term test results. Was utterly disappointed! I really did put effort on that subject but the results turned mie down. I know no point crying over the spilt milk over this but i can't help it cuz i am really sad! =((((( Wonder why am i so stooooopidddd! Wonder whether am i in the wrong path? Did i make the wrong decision? This is the first time i'm feelin jealous of others. SIGH!

Waterfall, Lata Kinjang.

Spent my weekends in Kampar &i finally went to this waterfall nearby Kampar.

Oh yea, 19 years of my life I've never seen a waterfall before though i'm born in Perak. Funny? Yea, go on and laugh. =/

Lata Kinjang, one of tallest waterfall in Malaysia was located at Tapah, Perak This waterfall is one of the best known falls in Malaysia, because it can be seen very well from the North -South highway. But many people have never actually visited the fall, because the access road is not straightforward. Coming from KL via the N-S highway, you take the Tapah exit. Follow the signboards to Chenderiang. You will see plenty of villages along the road to the falls. At the end of this raod, there are hawker stalls and you can park your car.

The view while we're on the way to the fall. The white "thingy" on the mountain is actually the fall. Not a very clear view from here as I don't have quality camera.

When we reached that place & i get to look at the fall from a nearer view i got really excited. I thought there'll be only a few tourist at the fall but my expectation was wrong. There were plenty of tourists. Most of them are malay & only a few groups of chinese.

After climbing the stairs all the way up to the bridge, we end up at the lowest part of the fall. The pool behind mie looks swallow eh? Nah, you're wrong. The water level is about my thighs. The water there really fresh and cool. The environment wasn't hot. It was rather cold. The stairs was kinda slippery and dangerous. The rocks are slippery. If the weather is bout to rain, don't ever thought of goin. So yea, my advise go at your own risk. Waterfalls are beautiful to look at but dangerous to play with. Always take care of your safety.

Thursday, time fer new moviesssss!!
Last week watched Happy Go Lucky, which is a sg production. It wasn't that good. Just so-so. I used to like sg movie alot but not this time. Hmmm...

& this week we went fer KARATE KID! I was kinda eager to watch this movie don't know why. Perhaps i enjoy watchin them fight fight fight & fight. Somehow i prefer action movies rather than romance. Sometimes too much of romance = bored. Oh wait, am i abnormal? I thought girls prefer romance movie? Lol.

Jaden's first impression to mie, he's so thin and tiny. But when he's topless, 6 packs weh! Not bad not bad. Hahahah

Dre Parker ( Jaden ) and his mum have been relocated to China from Detroit. While he's still new in China, he got bullied by this kiddo name Cheng, Cheng's character, a boy with strong kung fu skills. Dre wants to defend himself so he learned up kung fu from his mentor, Mr Han ( Jackie Chan )

Cheng, in red & Dre took part in a kung fu tournament. When Dre managed to hit Cheng i was excited. Dre at last won with a niceeee kick landed right on Cheng's face. I was damn syok & wish i can participate too so i can give Cheng a nice kick right on his face or any part of his body. HAHA. Okayy, i know i'm a lil violent. =p

Rate this movie 10/10. Really enjoyed it alot. =)

After movie went old town fer supper.

Finally, i managed to bring my friends to Lou Wong Nga Choi Gai( tauge ayam ) which is famous in Ipoh. I know it's ~~a joke~~ shameful fer a Ipoh girl to not know this place. But seriously lah, my parents seldom bring mie to old town at night and imma good girl, seldom go out lepak. So yea, forgive mie! Hahaha.

It's sem break, time to have fun! =D

It was just a 5 days 4 nights trip but i went 4 places.

Day 1 - Genting Highlands.

Day 2 - Genting Highlands

Day 2 night - Batang Kali

Day 3 - Sunway Lagoon, KL

Day 4 - Malacca

Day 5 - Malacca

Sounds so rush isn't it but actually it wasn't. 5 days passed really fast.

Stayed in Genting for a night but didn't enter theme park. Went there to enjoy the cool air and meet up with friends. Just walkin around without enterin theme park, genting can be a bored place. zzz.

Genting is not that cold compared to last time. I dont even need a sweater although i was just wearin sleeveless t. Oh no, i should say 6 months back cuz i went there with the same gang. Haha. I really don't know what will be the temperature be in the future. Global warmin is gettin terrible.

I'm think not much of you all know Batang Kali this place. Even i myself don't know till my friend(Stephy) told mie she's from Batang Kali. So yea, Batang Kali is a place near to Selangor, about an hour drive to Sunway KL. Spent a night stay there before head to KL the next day. It's really a peaceful town. Something like.. Kampar?

This weekend, i'm suppose to work in JJ ipoh. I was excited for it and yet worried that i might not do a goood job. The supervisor said will call mie again this Friday. So yea, i waited for her call. Wait wait wait till evenin 4 plus then i texted her in case she forgot bout mie or whatsoever. No reply, fine. So i texted her again at night. No reply again. I was thinkin, i kena ffk? Impossible wor. She already confirmed everything with mie and now she ffk mie?

The next morning (sat) , she didn't call also. Okayy then i accept the fact that i kena ffk. Zzzz. Was really disappointed.
I thought... i can earn some $$ so don't need to ask from parents.
I thought... can kill time by working.

Oh yea, " i thought". How can a person can be so irresponsible?? Arghhhhhh!!

So yea, now i'm stayin at home. With no income and havin fever + flu + cough. =/

It's sem break again. Exams over, no more stress. Can sleep the whole day, can online the whole day, can watch drama the whole day without any worries. =D

So yea, time passes so fast. It's been a year already. I'm done with my Foundation course & goin to degree soon. Gosh. Makes mie sound so old. 3 years of degree then i'll be workin already. Whoaa lagilah tua then.

One month of break. What should i do eh? The same old thing again, i planned to shake of some fats. Oh yea, i mean i "planned" to. Most probably i won't make it. Foodfoodfoodfoodfood, temptation! Gahhhhh

What i'm gonna do?

Okayy finally i'm 19 & i wasn't really excited for it since.... I'm havin my final exams on Monday and myday is thursday. Secondly , i don't wanna turn 19 that soon. After 19 will be 20 & i'm no longer a teenager =( =(

Today, i went back to my ex-school's sports day. Woke up early in the morning just to go there watch their marching, cheerleading, other sports & also to meet up some teachers =D

Reached late and i missed Ranger's marching =( Some of my friends said the juniors did well in the marching but still, couldn't win. Just don't know why. It seems the judges are unfair. KRS will be the champion no matter how ugly is their marching. It's like so unfair lor. Lucky my batch, Rangers won . Hee.

It's been some time didn't update. Kampar's line sucks. I can't even load my Facebook in my house. Sigh.

Sem 3 of my foundation now. Studies, not easy. In 7 weeks, have to complete my studies and assignments. Need to rush fer every thing. Lucky i have only 2 subjects =)

Reached Ipoh about 10, waited fer Ms Lai Khit Yeeng to fetch Hayley & I to our secondary school to get our SPM cert. The clerk there was so rude to us. We didn't manage to get our 1119 cert, only took our SPM cert cuz the clerk was so rude to us. We asked her question, but she seem to be lazy to entertain us. So we left.

Met few teachers there, i recognise them but i forgot their names. HAHA. I'm such a bad student. =p

I thought of those time when i was in school. I miss school so much when i see juniors in their uniform, walkin around with their friends. I miss those time i can hang around with my friends during break time. Some of them are in KL & some still in Ipoh. We get to catch up with each other during CNY and weekends. I was expecting to see this best friend of mine during CNY but unfortunately, we didn't get to met. That girl too busy with her stuff after comin back from Australia. =((

Bored bored bored!!!! Chinese New Year apa buat? Nothing much. Just some simple family & friends gathering.

Few of my friends came back from Australia fer their break & also CNY. While some of them already finished their foundation here and ready to fly off to other country to continue their course. Mie? Stay in Malaysia forever to study. SIGH. I'm envy that they have this chance. I'm envy, i'm not as smart as them. All these while i wanted to go overseas fer studies but i knew.....i can't make it. Don't wanna add extra burden fer my dad. *forget bout itlah*

Watched 3 CNY movies. To mie, Woohoo & 72 tenants is much more better than 花田喜事. =)

Wanted to work but there's no vacancy. Sien to the max. Every day stay at home rot.

Time flies. Here comes the end of my second sem of my foundation. Met plenty of new friends this sem & had great time in lectures. I'm really glad to have Mr Joe as my lecturer in writing fer mass com. I enjoyed alot in your lectures. Miss chin, gave us lots of motivation & also not to forget, Mr BALA! The only lecturer whom puts mie into sleep during lecture & also comes to my seat, ask mie questions.

8 more days to my final exam. I don't know what's wrong with mie. I'm gettin real lazzzzyyyyyyy these days. Mummy, cane mie fer not studying!!! Where is my motivation? Where is the old jessicayu =(

Like usual, finding ways to get back to hometown after class. This week unlike the previous weeks. I took the town bus back to Ipoh. Of course i wouldn't take bus by myself cuz i have never tried before sitting those kind of bus & my parents won't allow mie to do so. They're worried that i might get lost. Haha.

So yea, after class Dino fetched Weixin, Clare, JienHua & i to the nearest bus stop. While we were waiting, Clare & Weixin was "praying" fer a air-cond bus to come. And i wonder myself, "Whoaa, town bus also got air-cond arh? Since when Kampar so advance?" Waited fer about 30 mins. Then, weixin told mie that i'm lucky cuz it's a air cond bus. Then i look at the bus, from far, it doesn't look like a proper functionable bus at all. LOL

So yea, i went up the bus and get my seat quickly cuz the bus is very "unstable". Weixin even hurt her leg. Her same wound again. It looks so painful. She was about to tear but tryin to control.

Once i sat down i don't dare to much move cuz the bus is like sooooooooo "clean". I hope this will be my first & last time sitting bus back to Ipoh.

1. A guy fart in front of us. The aroma was like.. aaaaahhhhhh~
2. Another guy didn't notice his pants berlubang. Weixin & i was like.. HAHAHA. We wanted to tell him but time doesn't allow us to do so. We had to get down from the bus. Too bad. =/

It seems to be just a glance but it's actually 365 days in total. New year, brand new life. Any new year resolutions? I can say, no. Because i know i can't achieve it. Such a loser i am. I shall just accept the fact that i'm a fatty. My diet plan fails every time. LOL.

Proven that i look older year by year. Sigh. No more 18 years old. I'm 19 now. Sounds so old.

Was really busy recently & i almost forgot that i have a blog. HAHA. Had 3 presentations in a week. Wed, Thurs & Fri but lucky Wed's marketing presentaion postponed to next week if not i will turn to a fat panda within week. HAHA.

Thur's Press Conference went smoothly. I'm glad that my tutor didn't give any bad comments. =D Waiting to get those pictures taken that day from my friends. Weee~

Yeah, this is late i know. Busy these days. So yea, here it goes.

I was actually kinda disappointed cuz i have to stay in Kampar fer Christmas eve. I was also envy with my friends cuz they'll be out fer countdown/celebrating in church/in party. I was like. S-I-G-H !

24/12/09 --

Lecture & tutor class still on of course. Class till 7+ p.m. Went dinner with dino & benny. Others semua balik kampung. After dinner head to Tesco cuz both of the guys want to have steamboat fer supper.

Reached dino's house 11.45 after a walk by the lake. *lake again. =.=

Then he insist mie to go back to my room fer a shower. I told him no need cuz i just bath before the night class. But still he insist that i should go back, as if I stink. =//

So yea, i went back to my room & this is what i saw.

I was asked not to switch on my room's lights & only suppose to switch on another one nearby my lappie. The next thing is, Xmas song + Xmas tree + Santa is all i can see.

I was asked to obey his instructions.

Went to Ipoh in the evenin with Joe Joe & Benny. After fetchin weixin 5 of us went to the usual place again. JJ. Really no choice lar. Ipoh oh Ipoh. Sien betui.

Went to Padini to look for formal clothes & this is what i bought. =)

Only bought the top. No extra cash fer the pants. =(

Head to the biggest pasar malam in Ipoh. True it's kinda big but nothing special. lol.

Watched Jay's production,"Treasure Hunt". This movie not-too-bad fer mie but others said it's really boring. Perhaps the main actor is Jay Chou so to mie still ok-ok. Can't deny the song of the movie is nice. Jay Chou MAN SHUI!!! =D

Before the dinner, we(joe,weixin, dino & i) went to get the birthday girl present. Joe came to fetch us. We found this gift shop in new town. Spent about 1 hour to choose a nice pressie. Came across this nice mirror. The usual mie again, pictures! =)

Reached Shinjuku about 8p.m. I thought we're late. When i walked in, they're still plenty of empty sits on the dining table. Phiew~

Just came back from the birthday girl's dinner. Birthday dinner at Shinjuku, Kampar. The food there = not bad. My soba = delicious. True, my food really nice but i couldn't finish it.

Christmasss!!

Oh wait, why am i so excited? I have no plans fer Christmas also. How saddd =(( Suppose to go kl with my friends but parents don't allow. arghh! I don't wanna celebrate Christmas in Ipoh fer another year cuz nothing much i can do here but i have no choice.=/

I expect more fer this year's Christmas but ... sigh. Thinkin too much. Forget bout it lerh =/

So yea, i'm back fer another weekend break. I'm not suppose to come back this week actually. Tons of assignments and presentations to be done. But i miss home, miss mummy, miss daddy, miss my bed & air cond. =p

Daddy & mummy came to fetch mie back today. Girlfriend and Hanson came along too. Reached Ipoh bout 7 p.m. Had dinner with parents and went JJ to get my face care product. My skin is gettin worse. As usual, went to SASA. Spent about RM 175 there. Mummy said: my girl is good in usin up my money. When i was young last time, i use only h2o to clean my face, bla bla bla bla & bla. There goes the naggin.
